Fractured

<<  >>

a tiny bird
circles an empty sky
after the storm

Today I am holding, in my thoughts and prayers, all those neighbors, friends and strangers who are displaced and still struggling to recover from the storms.

  5. Your haiku is made so moving in the sparsity....the circling and small against large...very good.

Thank you for your prayerful spirit...such a good reminder, Barbara.

  6. When the nest is gone the bird circles an empty sky.
If they are lucky, it is a mated pair that circles.
They will build a new nest.

Love is real ... what we lost ... was just stuff.
